Do you direct bill?

Yes, we offer direct billing to most major insurance providers.

What can I expect from my first appointment?

During your first visit to the office you will be assessed by your designated practitioner. Assessment will include a health history, physical examination and additional testing if indicated. At the end of your first day your provider will advise you on their recommended follow up schedule to help your reach your health care goals.

During additional visits to the office your practitioner will answer any questions you may have before completing treatment tailored to your presenting complaints. At these visits, additional questions will be answered and you may be given further education to assist you in reaching your recovery goals.

Is there parking at the clinic?

Yes, there is free parking on Main Street in Glencoe. There are usually ample parking spots available near the clinic.

Are you taking on new patients?

Yes, we are always taking on new patients. Please call ahead of time or book online to book your initial appointment.

Do you offer orthotics?

Yes, Dr. Dan, DC & Dr. Austin, DC both offer custom orthotics. Just be sure to choose an orthotics appointment when booking online.

Do you do x-ray referrals and bloodwork requisitions?  

Yes, our practitioners are able to provide x-ray referrals (Dr. Dan, DC & Dr. Austin, DC) or bloodwork requisitions (Dr. Alicia, ND) if they see fit after a thorough examination.
